Prior to joining MHA, Katherine was the Business Continuity & Records Specialist at CopperPoint Mutual Insurance Company where she was responsible for the management and oversight of the Business Continuity Program; as well as for the creation and management of the records management program, including evaluating records for retention and disposition purposes.
