Katherine Jonelis is the Director of Operations for MHA Consulting and is responsible for supporting both MHA and BCMMetrics enterprise-wide operations and client engagements. Katherine has real-world experience with BCMMetrics tools and the use of those tools in the maintenance, development and implementation of Business Continuity plans. Prior to joining MHA, Katherine was the Business Continuity & Records Specialist at CopperPoint Mutual Insurance Company where she was responsible for the management and oversight of the Business Continuity Program; as well as for the creation and management of the records management program, including evaluating records for retention and disposition purposes.
