Michael Herrera is the creator of BCMMetrics. He has over 25 years real-world experience in Information Technology and Business Continuity Management, spanning industries that include biotech, casino, consumer, education, financial, government, healthcare, hi-tech, insurance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, retail, travel, and public utilities.
Michael learned first hand over his years of experience that the Business Continuity Management industry was lacking a tool that would provide Business Continuity practitioners with the ability to easily and accurately assess, benchmark and report on the state and level of compliance of their programs in comparison to today’s leading industry standards, guidelines and practices.
In addition to his role at BCMMetrics, Michael is the President and CEO of MHA Consulting, an industry-leading Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery consulting firm founded in 1999 and headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. He is a frequent presenter at local and national events regarding business continuity planning. MHA has been regularly ranked by the Arizona Business Journal as one of the state’s Top 50 Minority Owned Businesses by Revenue since the year 2001.

In addition to her role at BCMMetrics, Katherine is an Advisory Consultant with MHA Consulting, an industry-leading Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery consulting firm founded in 1999 and headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona. Applications Developer
Harpreet Singh is responsible for leading applications development for MHA Consulting and BCMMetrics. Harpreet has over two decades of IT experience in the software development life cycle (SDLC) in both the private and public sectors. He has been responsible for leading development teams, and has worn many of the hats that represent the various roles that contribute to software development, from requirements to design, development, testing, release, and maintenance. He has worked with WorldBeacon.com, the City of Phoenix, and with Freeport-McMoRan, Inc. as Enterprise Architect/Lead Application Analyst.
