When considering what is needed for a functional BC/DR program we often focus on BIAs, BCP plan development, and other activities which may look like accomplishments. In reality, these alone do not make the organization truly better prepared.  

In this session, we will discuss what the BC/DR program can do to be better prepared to ensure continuity and functional capability and why it is not just “a bunch of documentation.”

Richard Long is one of MHA’s practice team leaders for Technology and Disaster Recovery related engagements.
