MHA CEO Spoke on the Business Impact Analysis to a Full House at the Arizona Contingency Planners Chapter Meeting CEO Michael Herrera and Rebekah Romero spoke to a full house of local BCP planners on how to perform a successful Business Impact Analysis study.  The presentation covered the process needed to execute a successful study from pre-work to interviews to data validation and management presentation.  MHA has completed over 100 BIA interviews this year and knows that a repeatable process is key to success.
