Have you adequately prepared the “H” factors in your recovery plans to identify a situation, adapt to it and make the right decisions?

The “H” factor or “Human” factor is the one and only reason plans will be successfully executed or fail miserably. I was recently on a plane to Pensacola Florida for a business engagement and sat next to a gentleman who worked on the “H” factor for the military. We discussed in length how it all came down to how people identified an event, referred to their mental database of similar situations and made decisions based on their past history of dealing with a like event.
