MHA Consulting Announces Formation of a Management Advisory Board

MHA Management Advisory Board members are Jesse Adams, the Co-Founder and Chairman of TranZfinity, a leading firm in contactless payment technology, Jeff Halverson, a retired IBM Vice President of Global Services for the Southwest, and David King, the current Chief Information Officer at Regal Entertainment, the world’s largest movie picture exhibitor.   

The formation of this Board permits MHA to have strong management oversight and governance as part of its long term growth, expansion and acquisition plans.  “These gentlemen are recognized leaders in their fields and have been involved in formation of world class organizations, we are honored to have them on our board”, said Michael Herrera.
