| Threat & Risk Assessment |
| Identifies and ranks the risk of natural, technical, and man-made threats to mission critical facilities. In addition to identification of threats, MHA measures the ability of each mission critical site to respond to a threat through established emergency response and mitigation capabilities. Each site is evaluated in different areas of emergency response and mitigation (e.g., backup power, fire/life safety, data backup, off-site storage, network redundancy, etc.). A comprehensive report detailing potential threats, status of mitigating controls, and recommendations for improvement are documented. This approach ensures management has keen understanding of the potential threats, but more importantly, how well it is prepared to mitigate the threat of a disruption, and where it should allocate its resources to best meet its deficiencies. |
